Do you do Interior Decorating?
As of now The Christmas Decorators Colorado does not offer a full interior decorating service. We do not yet stock all of the interior decorations, however if it is something simple you are after, like a Garland over the mantlepiece or lights on the banister, we may be able to sort something out in the enquiry or sell you the required product
I have a large home with lot of land, what can you do?
An outdoor installation can consist of the following; We can follow the contours of the roof and gables with large bulb lights, use icicle lights on the gutters, place small lights or a lit garland around large windows, use wreaths on all gable ends and doors, place lit potted spruce or fir trees on either side of the front door, illuminate driveways and paths with stake lights, light shrubs and bushes and illuminate larger trees either by wrapping each branch with lights or using rope-light motifs and other exclusive products.

Do we have to be home for the installation?
Not at all. We can work hand in hand with your caretaker or property management company so that you can arrive home after an installation is complete and everything is ready for you. Someone will need to be present to ‘sign off’ the installation.

We operate in The Front Range, Estes Park, Logan County, Pitkin County, Glenwood Springs, Summit County and Vail Valley
How soon should I call to organize a decorating job?
As soon as you know you’d like to use our services you should contact us. The installation period is only 8 weeks long and we naturally have a limit on the amount of customers we can accept. During early November we mainly install commercial clients with residential homes starting at the end of November and running right through to 23rd December. The sooner you call the more choice of install date you will have.

Can I add more decorations/lights after the installation should I want them?
Potentially, It is important that you read the proposal very carefully to ensure that you will have everything you want. Of course if it is possible to squeeze in your extra requirements we will do our best to do so but it may not necessarily be right away due to a very tight schedule during the season

Can we decide when we want everything taking down?
At the time of your installation we will discuss your preferences for when you want everything taking down and storing.
What is the difference between your products and the ones bought in shops?
Our lights are of a commercial standard and of the highest possible quality. Lots of our décor is hand crafted by ourselves and we use unique handmade products from workshops in Europe. Most of our suppliers make products exclusively for us and you wont even find them in luxury department stores.

How do the lights turn on and off?
All lights can be fitted with daylight sensors or timers so that they will light up to suit you. We will do this at installation.
Will you install lights that I already own?
Unfortunately not. We cannot guarantee their quality or be responsible for them working through the duration of their installation.

Is there likely to be any damage to our property if installing outdoor lights.?
We do need some means of fixing lights, wreaths and garlands so we do need to attach fixings. However we are very conscious about making the minimum impact.

What happens if our lights go our after they are installed?
It is highly unlikely that this will happen but by their very nature light bulbs can fail. Our lights are designed so that if one bulb goes out the rest will not be effected. If a large section go out due to product failure then we will call out to rectify them.
